Pumpkin Apple Loaf
•1 large apple
•1/2 cup pumpkin purée
•3/4 cup whole wheat flour
•1 cup rolled oats (lightly blended in ninja)
•4 tablespoons of cinnamon + nutmeg
•2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
•dash of vanilla extract
•pinch of salt
•1 egg

Need a quicker and easier option?? Head to @traderjoes and grab their pumpkin loaf mix! All you need to add is 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of pumpkin purée, and 1 cup of water! I love making these loafs because there is so many options for toppings!! Some of my favorites are: apples, chocolate chips, pecans, walnuts, raisins, poppyseeds, or bananas!!! BE CREATIVE IN THE KITCHEN!!
