Pumpkin Apple Loaf
Ingredients:
•1 large apple
•1/2 cup pumpkin purée
•3/4 cup whole wheat flour
•1 cup rolled oats (lightly blended in ninja)
•4 tablespoons of cinnamon + nutmeg
•2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
•dash of vanilla extract
•pinch of salt
•1 egg

I love making these loafs because there is so many options for toppings!! Some of my favorites are: apples, chocolate chips, pecans, walnuts, raisins, poppyseeds, or bananas!!!
