COCONUT MATCHA LATTE
-1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk
-1 packet of green matcha powder (Trader Joes's)
-1 drop of coconut extract
-1 scoop of collagen peptides (unflavored or matcha flavor)
-coconut whip cream
1. Heat milk for 2 minutes
2. Pour in all other ingredients and stir
3. Heat mixture for 1 minute
4. Top drink with whip cream!
Morning Matcha Smoothie
Probably my favorite post workout smoothie I have made during quarantine! Packed with all the nutrients for muscles to properly recover!
Ingredients:
5 ice cubes + 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (@gnclivewell )+ 1 TBSP matcha powder + 1/2 cup frozen mango + 3 droplets of coconut extract + and water (varies depending on consistency!). Somehow this tastes exactly like Starbucks’s Pineapple Matcha latte! These tropical smoothies are getting me through the last few weeks of online school!

CHOCOLATE-MATCHA ENERGY BALLS!!!

Ingredients used: shredded coconut, dates, raw pumpkin seeds, coconut oil, matcha green tea powder, sea salt, maple syrup and unsweetened cocoa powder
